Evaluate vendor: teams, product, service, methodology, quality assurance, support, proposal, costs, and references. Conduct quality assurance review of vendor. Throughout implementation compare and measure requirements (acceptance criteria) to accepted deliverables and costs to budget. Evaluation of vendor completion. Intervene and mediate as required to resolve final differences in application, cost, or acceptance.
