On-Line Paperless Technology & Process Innovation Workshop
Studies show employees can spend from 10% to over 20% of their time finding, sorting, and routing documents stored in email, shared drives, and paper. This can cost organizations millions of dollars each year in wasted labor and storage costs. And when documents are misfiled or deleted there can be significant audit, litigation, disclosure, and governance; risks, and penalties.
Electronic Content Management technologies such as capture, recognition, digital signature, content management, workflow and electronic records management can fix this problem, and provide tremendous efficiencies ranging from 10% to over 200%; however as these technologies are tools sets, they need to be properly understood, budgeted and planned.
As independent consultants specializing in Electronic Content Management planning, CRE8 has established this “vendor neutral” on-line workshop to teach organizations how to develop an electronic content management enterprise plan, assess ROI, budget, identify high value projects, improve workflow efficiency, increase governance, and develop requirements that hold vendors accountable.
The workshop, presented over four weeks, will be taught by George Dunn, President of CRE8 Independent consultants. In each workshop, valuable planning information will be presented and there will be opportunities for attendees to ask questions of Mr. Dunn. All workshop sessions will be recorded and viewable on-line for one month after the presentation date, for paid attendees.
Mr. Dunn is a worldwide recognized electronic content management and process improvement consultant, speaker, and author. Over the past 25 years, George has successfully designed paperless systems from 25 to over 25,000 users, and improved processes for organizations ranging in size from 25 to over 250,000 employees. George is certified in LEAN, Six Sigma, BPM, has participated in worldwide ECM and Workflow standard committees, and is a highly-rated speaker at worldwide, national and local AIIM, ARMA and Document Strategy Forum Events.
