3.5 hour (On-Line, On-Demand) Process Innovation & Advanced Paperless Technology Workshop. This workshop discusses: strategic planning lessons learned through independent consultant review of successful and failed systems, how to develop an enterprise wide study and plan; definitions, abilities, and risks of paperless technologies (capture, scanning, recognition, forms processing, imaging, electronic document management (EDM), electronic content management (ECM), e-discovery, electronic signatures, workflow, and computer output technologies); steps to blueprint and design operation, application, workflow, process & records requirements; how to develop and application design and RFP, technology roll out strategies; and concluding comments.

1 Day (On-Site) Business Process Improvement Class Instructed Attendees will learn the best techniques of Continuous Process Improvement, Business Process Management (BPM), Re-engineering, Six Sigma, LEAN and Workflow. During this class attendees will learn how to develop a baseline of current processes and how to redesign those processes using numerous change tools including procedural changes, better use of owned technologies and new technologies. Highly effective change action plan and application design techniques will also be taught. Case studies and simulations will be used to re-enforce class materials.
